Our Martial Arts classes will improve your child's coordination, focus, strength, flexibility and fitness level. Each cycle we will also focus on one of our core life skills.

We incorporate fun activities with educational exercises to both challenge and educate your child. Kids will have the opportunity to exercise their creative side.

TSMA is a great place for families. I have a special needs son. TSMA has gone above and beyond to help my son be successful. It is truly like occupational therapy for him! We appreciate their care and concern for us so much! I would highly recommend their services!!
All of the staff is encouraging, positive and motivated and truly want everyone to reach their goals. When they say you’re part of the family - they mean it. After moving from Colorado and coming to a new state, we consider TSMA family. They have welcomed us with open arms. My whole family enjoys going to class and all the activities outside of training. My 8 and 6 year old have learned so much from the coaches and they are a great support system. I have also started the adult Martial arts and Jiu-Jitsu class and am loving it. It is so challenging and I am continuing to learn. All the people I train with, I would consider my friends and look forward to it as much as possible. I would highly recommend this school to anyone.
My daughter is in her second year at TSMA and she absolutely LOVES it !! The staff and Admin all have a vested interest and concern for your child and your family......from Ms. Tara at reception to all the coaches you definitely know that your child and your family matter at TSMA!!! The coaches are very knowledgeable & professional but what I, as a parent, appreciate the most is that they teach "to" the kids not "at" them. They do an excellent job at building a rapport with the kids and make learning a SERIOUS but FUN Experience!!!!
Summer camp 2024
Exciting summer camp At TMSA this year! Children ages 5-12 are going to have a blast doing martial arts, dance, tumbling, outdoor sports, educational lessons, and much more! Kids love to learn the physical skills of martial arts, and parents love the positive impact that our life skills program has on their children's attitude and self-esteem.
